REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

All scholars, students and stakeholders who wish to attend the conference are welcome to register. 

The conference is currently planned to take place in a hybrid format that will allow to combine in-person and on-line attendance. The official language of the conference is English. All those attending the EPIP2021 Conference must register and pay a conference fee.

registration for ON-SITE participation

* Presenters of accepted contributions could only be scheduled in the conference program if payment is received by August 16 for standard registration (July 10 for early registration).
** The EPIP2021 PhD workshop is free of charge for PhD students registering for the conference. 
ON-SITE PARTICIPATION INCLUDES
One-year EPIP membership.
→ A digital copy of the conference proceedings book.
→ Registration fee payment receipts (Invoices).
→ Official attendance and/or author certificates.
→ On-site participants who have a paper accepted will be able to present in-person (if logistically possible).
→ Conference bag containing conference information package.
→ Welcome Cocktail.
→ Snacks and coffee breaks and light work lunches according to the scheduled program.
→ Social activities.
→ Gala Dinner (provided the additional fee of the Gala dinner is paid)

registration for ONLINE participation

* Presenters of accepted contributions could only be scheduled in the conference program if payment is received by August 16 for standard registration (July 10 for early registration).
** Online participants from developing countries are entitled to the reduced student fee. Discounts for online participation from participants based in these countries will be granted based on the list of low-income and lower-middle income countries available here.
